Fitz is made in the Charmat method, which is how Prosecco is made. They were the first English winery to produce sparkling wine using the Charmat method.
The wine is presented together with a box of double chocolate truffles made by Lily O'Brien's (50g). The truffles are positioned within the top of the gift box, giving an extra surprise to your recipient when opened.
