This immensely soft sparkling wine has very fine bubbles and a full, beautiful flavour. It has delightful aromas of elderflower blossom, apple and pear. Ca'Salina's Extra Dry (medium dry to your taste) Sirocol is perfect as an aperitif to celebrate joyful occasions or for pairing with a meal, working with both sweet and savory foods.
