Cirotto Prosecco Superiore DOCG Extra Brut Zero
A premium, very dry style of Prosecco Superiore which is both elegant and sophisticated. It is produced to be a high quality, fine Prosecco Superiore which has a zero residual sugar. (Calorie level is to be confirmed shortly.) It is a pure delight to drink if you like drier styles, due to its premium quality. Only the best wineries can make a good Extra Brut Prosecco as the grapes have to be of exceptional quality as do the winery's processes to ensure as sugar can't be added to make the wine any better.
Cirotto's Extra Brut Zero has delightful sweet aromas of pear, apple, lemon and white flowers. To the taste, the wine is very dry with a touch of minerality and a perfect acidity balance. You should not find this wine sharp or with a bad aftertaste, which you may expect from a wine with no sugar. It is exceptionally smooth and soft on the plate. It has very fine and elegant bubbles which burst gently in the mouth. A sheer pleasure to be enjoyed as you like.
