Discover the delights of a specially selected mixed case of sparkling English wine.  Our Discovery Box includes 6 different superb sparkling wines, made by 4 different UK wineries. They are all of a dry (Brut) style, with slightly different sugar levels which are given below.  It is an indication of how dry they will be to your taste.  Both white and rosé styles.

 1) Lyme Bay Winery - Sparkling Rosé Brut

An exceptional multi award-winning Rosé English Sparkling Wine made with Pinot Noir, Chardonnay, Pinot Meunier.  Beautiful aromas of wild strawberries, pepper and redcurrants with a touch of brioche.  A smooth and perfectly balanced acidity and sugar level. 

This beautiful wine has won many awards over the last few years.  Most recently:

3) Fitz Pink - Sparkling Wine 

A fabulous award-winning English sparkling pink wine made by Fitz of West Sussex.  A beautiful, vibrant raspberry pink colour with wonderful aromas of red fruits on the nose.  Fitz Pink has a dry and fruity, refreshing taste on the palate.  Smooth and a pleasure to drink.

Fitz sparkling wine is made using the Charmat method, the same production method as Prosecco.  The wine therefore has a similar light and fruity style as in Prosecco.

4) Busi Jacobsohn Classic Cuvée Brut 2017

This Classic Cuvée Brut is dominated by Chardonnay, has a light golden colour and fine vivacious bubbles.  Rounded structure on the palate with aromatic complexity lasting through to the finish. Soft floral with flavours of lychees, peach, and a hint of brioche.  It has a vigorous mousse and a fine bead that persists.

5) Lyme Bay Brut Reserve Sparkling

This Brut Reserve English Wine is a fruit-driven sparkling wine that displays refreshing lemon and green apple notes, with a vibrant and creamy mousse finish.  Clean, vibrant and bursting with lemon, green apples and freshly cut grass aromas.  Excellent depth of flavour with tantalising acidity and length. This wine shows balance and gives way to citrus and toast flavours.

This sparkling wine is made from a select range of grapes, which are ideally suited to sparkling wine production. Only the finest press cuts are used, and after an extended cold settle, the base wine is fermented at cool temperatures to maintain the grapes freshness. Attention is made at blending, along with reserve wines, to ensure the consistent vibrant quality that defines the wine. This fresh and fruity sparkler is a perfect drink for that special occasion, and pairs beautifully with quality fresh Seafood for which the South West is so famous.

  • Food Pairing: Perfectly complements fish, pasta, seafood, white meatas and vegetablees.  Lightly flavoured dishes as to not overpower the delicate wine.  

 5) Bolney Bubbly NV

An award-winning English Sparkling Wine by Bolney Wine Estate located in West Sussex.  A very elegant, fine sparkling wine in a dry, Brut style.   The Bolney Bubbly won the People's Choice Wine Awards in 2017 for the best 'Fabulous Fizz UK'.   

Specially selected by Just Perfect Wines as the wine presents a similar style to a premium Prosecco Superiore, with elegance and a delightful aroma and taste.  Dry but not harsh on the palate.

Delightful floral and brioche notes combine with zesty citrus fruit, honeysuckle and elderflower, finishing with just a hint of sweetness.

6) Fitz Sparkling Wine

A fantastic English sparkling wine made by Fitz of West Sussex.  A fabulous aromatic and refreshing sparkling wine, with notes of apple, peach and honey.   An easy-drinking style to be enjoyed on all occasions.

Fitz is made in the Charmat method, which is how Prosecco is made.  They were the first English winery to produce sparkling wine using the Charmat method. Rulers Breed Rebels!
